Cedar Park Texas | Information about The Ranch at Cypress Creek in Cedar Park Texas
The Ranch at Cypress Creek is a large, desirable neighborhood located between Anderson Mill Road and Lakeline Blvd., just north of Cypress Creek Rd. Homes here were built from the mid 1990’s though the early 2000’s and range greatly in size. Prices range from the mid $100’s through the high $200’s. There is a homeowners’ association which hosts an informative web site about neighborhood activities and more. The neighborhood also has a MUD (municipal utility district) for water and wastewater.
The Ranch at Cypress Creek Park is just under an acre and has open space with park benches. Milburn Park, which is over 42 acres and has tons of amenities, is within walking distance of The Ranch at Cypress Creek.

The Discovery Well Cave Preserve is also nearby. It’s a 110-acre preserve that has 10 separate caves and is one of the last known homes of the Tooth Cave Ground Beetle!
The Ranch at Cypress Creek is located in the acclaimed Leander ISD.
Cedar Park was chosen by Family Circle Magazine as one of the top ten places to raise a family. It is a fast growing community with easy access to Lake Travis, Round Rock and Georgetown. Nearby is the Round Rock Express, a minor league baseball team, Volente Beach Waterpark, golf and many parks and recreation. There is also a lot of shopping nearby, including Lakeline Mall. There are many new shopping centers with department stores, restaurants and other services as well.
